About SC
The SC Conference is the premier international conference for high
performance computing (HPC), networking, storage and analysis. SC08
marks the 20th anniversary of the first SC Conference, then called
Supercomputing, held in Orlando, Florida in 1988.

When SC08 opens November 15, 2008 in Austin, Texas, the conference will
feature the latest scientific and technical innovations from around the
world. Bringing together scientists, engineers, researchers, educators,
programmers, system administrators and managers, SC08 will be the forum
for demonstrating how these developments are driving new ideas, new
discoveries and new industries.
